Our company is specialized in manufacturing screws, barrels, non-return valves and many other parts for the plastics industry. A broad knowledge of plastics is essential for manufacturing these parts well. And we have an abundance of that knowledge and experience at Euro-Stel!

But to make good screws and barrels one needs more than simply knowledge of plastics. One must also be a specialist in metallurgy and mechanical operations such as turning, milling, grinding, welding, etc. And even companies outside the plastics sector can rely on us to make special parts for them, because they know that Euro-Stel can handle all these techniques with great expertise. We are not saying that we are a classic mechanical workshop that accepts every type of turning, milling and welding work. We primarily make parts for the plastics industry.

When we take on manufacturing pieces for companies outside the plastics sector, this always involves complex components that require different processes, in which extremely precise tolerances are essential. In most cases, these are pieces that require partial armouring and welding before they are finished on a turning or milling bench. So, we usually work with the more unusual types of steel, which require specially adapted machining procedures. Here, we need to turn, mill, stabilize, grind, weld, stabilize, harden, nitride, etc., and all within the permitted dimensional tolerances.

So, in addition to parts for the plastics sector, we clearly only manufacture “special” parts in limited runs. Please feel free to  contact us with your query, and without any obligation of course. Reconditioning miscellaneous parts

Euro-Stel is a specialist in plastics processing. Besides extensive knowledge of plastics, we also have the necessary knowledge about metallurgy and mechanical operations such as turning, milling, grinding, welding, etc.

We use this expertise primarily to create parts for the plastics industry. To a limited extent, we also make “special” parts for companies outside the plastics sector. These are parts manufactured from the more unusual types of steel. Parts that require a complicated machining sequence and exceptional materials or material combinations.

To a very limited extent, we also recondition “special” parts. Usually, these are large parts, for which the price of a new one is much higher than the cost of reconditioning.
